You can check the status of your order right from your account dashboard. To access your order history log into your account and then navigate to your orders tab to view the details and the current status of an order.
You should also receive an email confirmation just after you make an order. And when we process your order and make any changes to it you will receive corresponding email notifications about the status of your order. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder and add our email to your address book to prevent our emails from going to your spam/junk folder. If you didn't receive any emails from us or if you have any further question, please feel free to contact our support center with your Order ID.
